A member of the mercenary Cry Wolves, he's Albero's son and a close friend of Hugo. In MX, {{spoiler|he takes an attack from the [[G Gundam|Devil Gundam]] meant to finish off a seriously injured Hugo, and is mutated by Devil Gundam Cells into a member of the Devil Army. Albero's forced to kill his own son in order to save Hugo}}. Beyond that, little was known about Foglia in his MX incarnation, although it arguably cements {{spoiler|Albero's [[Start of Darkness]]}}.
