Tier-Induced Scrappy. The Prootwaddles are part this, part Butt Monkey. They are barely smarter than most animals, too dumb to learn even skills that some apes and things can in this game. They don't get optional points to spend at the start, and they've already got a bad stat spread to begin with. And they're hilarious.
