  • High Octane Nightmare Fuel: Of all the deaths featured in the game, being killed by having your body swarmed by hundreds of baby spiders would probably be enough to turn any gamer subjected to this image into a full-fledged arachnophobe. Unfortunately (or fortunately), the room where this happens got cut from the NES version.
