Everything About Fiction You Never Wanted to Know.

Beedle is in cahoots with the Yiga

Sure, he’s a shady merchant and opportunist whose goods are overpriced, but that’s not exactly evil… However, he also offers to buy any Beetles Link has, and if you have a Silver Beetle and refuse to sell it, you can hear him mutter something about wanting to steal it… or hire someone else to do so. He couldn’t possibly be in cahoots with the Yiga Clan, who always try to ambush Link… could he?

Greta is also in cahoots with the Yiga

Owner of the Secret Shop in Gerudo town, Greta already seems to be a dark, mysterious woman, who admits she prefers darkness to light. She also admits her Voe-designed armor is contraband, and while she recognizes Link as a Voe in disguise, she doesn’t pry into why, telling him everyone has “secrets” they need to hide. This is likely the reason this is the only place in the town where Link can remove his disguise and not get caught. (She certainly doesn’t want the town guard coming into her shop.) However, she tells Link there’s a “high demand” for her wares. Which is… kind of suspicious. The benign possibility is that the shop is intended for Gerudo with boyfriends or husbands outside the town, but the far less benign possibility is she is supplying the Yiga Clan, a cult whose origins are inexplicably tied to the Gerudo and whose lair is the only large settlement in this part of Hyrule other than Gerudo town. Not to mention, some Greta’s wares have the Heat Resistance property, something that would be very useful to them or anyone else living in Gerudo Desert, and also sells Radiant Armor, which is very useful to a warrior specializing in stealth.
