  • When J.L.B. Matekoni goes on an extended fishing trip and Mma Ramotswe gets a scare from a rival detective (as well as advice from a friend to not take a good man for granted), they both realize that their lives aren't quite right when the other isn't there. They cross paths unexpectedly one night by the Limpopo River, and Mma Ramotswe wants to know if J.B. might ask her a certain question just once more. This time she says, "Yes." Doubles as a Tearjerker... for both the characters and the audience.
