- Complete Monster - Feliciana and Lovina's mother. Also, Jean.
- Ho Yay and Les Yay - Arthur/Francis, Antonio/Francis, Mattie/Gill, Heracles/Kiku ... the list goes on.
- Tear Jerker - Several moments in the series, especially Francis' raping and Ally and Mattie's father leaving for war.
- Toy Ship - Antonio/Lovina and Ludwig/Feli in Tomatita. But it's more true for Ludwig/Feli, when it was more obvious that they were in love. Even when Ludwig (who's older) was just about to start kindergarten...
- The Scrappy - Lovina was this to several of the other, older kids, except Antonio.
