A joke in one of the episodes is that a couple is visiting a theme park and trying to avoid getting caught up in the mass orgies caused by the pollen girls all over the place. The guy suggests they go on a roller coaster, and the idea is that the high speed and height of the ride probably causes the pollen girls n such to simply be blown off. Good idea... Except that plenty of other people had the same idea, thus the line FOR the roller coaster was a 2 hour wait. Oh, and the entire line had broken into a mass orgy thanks to the pollen girls again.

In the setting of the story, having sex in public both is and IS NOT a somewhat taboo thing. The pollen girls attack people and can do things ranging from stripping, to seemingly raping/sexually assaulting people at anytime if they're vulnerable to allergies. It's mostly treated as a common occurrence, but in one of the anime episodes, we see a young girl getting swept up in an orgy caused by the pollen girls attacking, and a number of men show up and begin taking photos of the people IN the orgy. The girl's sister actually tries to tell them to stop taking pictures but they don't listen.

In the final episode of the anime adaptation, a young couple goes to an amusement park similar to Disney for a date. They spend the whole day trying to avoid getting pulled into a sexual situation, what with the pollen girls swarming people and causing mass orgies to break out all over the place. At the end of the day however, the 2 are separated from each other and the guy goes looking for the girl. He finds her at the top of a giant cake float being swarmed by pollen girls, and by the time he reaches her, she's too aroused to fight off her urges any more, and proceeds to BEG him to take her virginity, which he does. Not long after they start making love however, the float begins moving, and it turns out to be a part of a parade. As it goes down the streets of the park, the couple continue making love atop the very top of the float while the crowds watching the parades are themselves having mass orgies with people AND pollen girls all over the place. The announcer comes in and claims to be presenting the cake float including that day's special "Prince and Princess" atop the float exchanging their love, seemingly referring to the young couple. Were the employees at the park just waiting for some random couple to sneak into where the floats for the parade are kept, then climb to the top and start having sex on it before starting the parade?
