The show repeatedly insinuates that Karen is a LOT older than she looks, and she herself makes an offhand comment about making a [[Deal with the Devil]] to extend her lifespan, possibly indicating that she is on her last regeneration. Grace and Rosario are her companions, with her limo as her TARDIS. The reason she doesn't actively mention she is a Time Lord is unknown, though it is possible that she is so drunk, she doesn't actually remember she's a Time Lord...
