That's somewhat by design.

Orain uses Cloudfront, which saves cached versions of pages in case the Orain servers crap out (Wikia does something similar), which is primarily to make sure there is some version of our content available in case of server issues.

The good part of this is that during high server load times or general server trouble, we can almost always have something available to show the public in the event of site problems (unless the database itself is screwed up and can't load the wiki software). The bad part is that if you're logged out, you see older version of page content.

Unfortunately, this is out of our hands, and given the alternative (nothing shows up if their servers get overloaded and don't update in a timely manner), it's basically the lesser of two evils.
