In TV Tropes, a ** produces an indented bullet.
On here, a ** might produce an indented bullet, but sometimes it produces two bullets instead, messing up the formatting. Examples include DMCA and Double Standard Rape (Sci Fi).
The latter page also has other problems. Someone pasted it as 80 column text. This should not cause problems because it should wrap the text anyway, but in fact it fails to wrap the text on the line containing the first *
