I'm not that familiar with Harry Potter, but I am pretty certain He Who Must Not Be Named in Harry Potter is an example of The Scottish Trope. I don't think being an example of one means it can't be an example of the other. I recall labster once saying he thinks Speak of the Devil is a subtrope of The Scottish Trope (I do not agree, I am pretty stringent on what counts as a subtrope).
