I'm pretty sure Bokukko was titled by someone who didn't really understand the Japanese language and just made something up. The Japanese term for such a character is 僕女 (Boku Onna. Could be translated as "Boku Girl", but that's the title of a genderbender manga.), which is common enough to appear in normal dictionaries and the Japanese version of Wikipedia.

僕子 ("Bokukko") by contrast gives few results, and the majority of those are due to how Google ignores linebreaks, punctuations and spaces when searching for Japanese stuff.
Additionally the double k is completely wrong.
