The Useful Notes template doesn't handle all the subpages properly, and practically every President has been referenced in some form of media.Various works have been written by all of them (their political speeches, memoirs, etc), and so they count as both creators and frequent references for fictional depiction, hence the creators space for them, unless you have an argument I didn't consider against that, I could be wrong.
