You do understand that every other person in this conversation with you is a wiki administrator, myself included? We're not debating anything -- we're telling you the proper way to go about this. The only way you'll get to change the media types is if you get a majority of the wiki user base to agree with you that it needs doing. Otherwise we'll be ignoring your arguments and reverting any changes you make.
