That proposed trope's Laconic form is "hospital room is personalized". As mentioned above, I requested three examples be provided by January 13. Got two examples of "hospital room is personalized" and one of "personal room is made hospital-like", which is not this trope. No work has been done on this proposed trope by anybody since January 9.
Conclusion: "Tailor-Made Hospital Room" is Too Rare to Trope.
