Okay. Have it your way, never mind that there's arrangement for a tournament with actual money involved that doesn't ban the broken nonsense like what is called out with Shot Range+ and Evasion+, but it sees fit to ban Powers without thinking them possibly balanced even when they prove they are balanced as displayed for example here with Pisces Heal. (And the same tournament bans Trade-Off already, so that's not a viable excuse.) I'll just take your ad hominem attempt as a white flag.
