So just to clarify , the rule ''is'' that you can propose a new trope as long as you keep it under three tropes-to-be, right? Probably a dumb question, but I'm a bit confused since the page itself seems to say that there can't be more than three tropes in the workshop period. |

That, and I'd like to know so I don't annoy the mods with constant requests to add tropes I've been working on (And I do have a new one ready to be added if I get the approval to do so). |
