It looks like you're composing some of your contributions in Microsoft Word or a similar word processor and then pasting them into the wiki. While this normally wouldn't be a problem, by default Word and its imitators convert apostrophes and double quotes (', ", ") into their "curved" typographic equivalents (’, “, ”). This causes problems when they are used in links and for markup, as the wiki software does not recognize them -- for example, I just had to fix a case where you inserted <code><nowiki>[[Achilles' Heel]]</nowiki></code> as <code><nowiki>[[Achilles’ Heel]]</nowiki></code>, resulting in [[Achilles’ Heel]] instead of [[Achilles' Heel]].

In general we have been very pleased with your contributions, and if you could please be careful about this we would be even more pleased. I'd suggest turning off this feature in your word processor (if it is at all possible) when composing text for the wiki.
