To expand slightly on the note I put on the page, this article can't decide if it's about cannibal tribes in fiction in general or about a specific genre of Italian films from the 1970s and 80s. It ''claims'' to be the latter, but goes wandering and ends up citing non-film and non-Italian examples from time periods all over the map. In my opinion what we actually have here is a category (for the films) and a trope (for the cannibals), mashed together into mangled mess. |
