By "the phot on Wikipedia", I assume you mean c:File:Walt Disney 1946.JPG. We could, yes. In many ways, it's better than the one I suggested. The one I suggested at least has the movie dwarfs in it, which shows a connection between the person and the work.

Or did you mean c:File:Walt Disney envelope ca. 1921.jpg? We could use that one, too, and it actually shows him plying his trade.
