You can hang subpages under you sandbox page just like you can hang subpages off of any other page: User:Bauerbach/Sandbox/Page 1, User:Bauerbach/Sandbox/Page 2, and so on. Put the {{subpages}} template in your Sandbox page itself and it will automatically populate with a list of the pages under it.

What you'll want to do is move your Sandbox to Sandbox/Two Point Hospital, create a new Sandbox page with {[tl|subpages}} on it, and then create Sandbox/Two Point Campus.
