However, it appears that two(?) people are following the letter of the rule while ignoring the spirit, having three trope candidates in the Trope Workshop ''at all times''. I consider that to count as flooding the Workshop. |

I know that {{FlowMention|Looney Toons}} has a collection of trope candidates that are at least as fleshed-out as some of the trope candidates that are being posted here. I've seen the draft pages. He doesn't pop a new candidate into the Workshop as soon as another is approved or rejected. Instead, he lets other people's ideas get their moments in the spotlight. |
