The rule in the subject line currently tells people to have no more than three trope candidates in the workshop at one time... which we thought would solve the problem of Tropers flooding the Trope Workshop.

However, it appears that two(?) people are following the letter of the rule while ignoring the spirit, having three trope candidates in the Trope Workshop ''at all times''. I consider that to count as flooding the Workshop.

I know that {{FlowMention|Looney Toons}} has a collection of trope candidates that are at least as fleshed-out as some of the trope candidates that are being posted here. I've seen the draft pages. He doesn't pop a new candidate into the Workshop as soon as another is approved or rejected. Instead, he lets other people's ideas get their moments in the spotlight.
