It's it's more noticeable in the movie Bojack Unbound when he reaches super saiyan 2 once again. In that state, he's merely advancing towards big bad with a most eerily slow walk. Minions use some sort of ki-attack that tries to trap-bind him, but he just keeps walking, not giving a damn, still creepily slow.
