UseModWiki is a rather vintage wiki engine by Clifford Adams, as its markup and appearance are a direct descendant of the same engine of the very first wiki, WikiWikiWeb.

In fact, much like its predecessor, it stores pages as flat files instead of using a database, has links in CamelCase, and has a very simplistic, no-frills appearance.

The name comes from the fact the very first wiki it was used for was the Usenet Moderation Wiki.

It is still being used on one of the oldest wikis on the Internet, the MeatballWiki.
