Muninn was a troper who found Tvtropes sometime in December of 2007. Over the course of a few years, I helped out on that site, mostly adding single examples of tropes or cleaning up existing pages to make them look a little bit neater.

Around the time Tvtropes started deleting pages for talking about works with adult content, I'd become a little disillusioned with the administration at that site. The way in which the initial mass deletion of pages was handled was enough to push me to one side of the fence that I'd been sitting on for months, and I made the decision to leave the site.

(Though the mass deletion was poorly handled, I actually do approve of the committee that they've apparently set up since then to handle judging appropriateness of pages. I'd rather have a wiki that doesn't hold any such limits on what media it talks about, but since their ability to maintain the servers is at stake, I find their system a nice compromise. Nevertheless, my decision stands)

About a year after leaving, I stumbled upon one of the forum threads discussing the creation of Allthetropes. As such, here I am.
