It's probably not necessary, though. I've just passed four of the edits you had in the Moderation Queue, so the wiki should (or will shortly) have promoted you to autopatrolled, so you should be able to upload files.

No. Four edits aren't nearly enough. The seven edits you actually have credited to you (made over the course of some two and a half months) aren't nearly enough. As I noted just three days ago, you need ten edits to pass moderation simply to get autoconfirmed by the wiki software. And you need a history of good edits before we consider you for promotion. You don't have a sufficient history yet.

To deter spam and wiki vandals, upload rights are limited to those users ranked "autoconfirmed" or higher. To acquire autoconfirmed status, you need to have been a user for at least four days and have made ten edits that were accepted through the moderation system, at which point the wiki software will automatically promote you. You have only made six edits over the past three months. Just make four more edits -- small ones, correcting grammar or spelling or even just rephrasing something, are sufficient -- and you'll be able upload.
