A programme made up purely of barely-connected segments with little or nothing in the way of links and no on-screen presenters- just a voiceover on the footage. Generally used as a tactic to aid international syndication, as all content is dubbable.
As such, these programmes tend to be cheap to purchase and are generally used as filler.
Generally kept to factual entertainment/MagazineShows, but also used by Harry Hill era You've Been Framed and the rolling news channel Euro News.
Examples of Voiceover Clip Show include:
- Playr, and Gamer TV before it

- Also subverted- when the programme was picked up by Sci Fi (UK) the same content was given a presenter and renamed SFG.
- World's Wildest Police videos
- Parts of America's Funniest Home Videos
- TV Bloopers And Practical Jokes
