Wikisecessionism is the belief All The Tropes can and should secede from the Miraheze wiki farm for another, or even independent hosting should it be felt that Miraheze is restricting content or stifling growth of the wiki with their policies, lest they become the same shackle on creativity Google Adsense has become to TV Tropes.

So far, Miraheze has not been an impediment in any way, nor is expected to do anything other than be an asset to the project, but it is expected that this school of thought can and would prevail were that to change.

As for the ATT administration, they have made it clear they support anyone having the ability to fork the project content (subject to Creative Commons and any other restrictions placed on certain content that may apply), and the Miraheze staff have made clear they agree and would be willing to accommodate such requests for content.
