Windigo is actually a distant sequel to Final Sacrifice.

After Troy was kicked out of the lost city with Rowsdower, the truck they left in broke down once again in the middle of the Canadian wilderness. Forced to take shelter in the forest from a roving band of syrup rustlers, Rowsdower eventually drank himself to death within the first 2 hours, and Troy was forced to feed of his bloated remains to survive. However, due to his recent exposure to the magic of the lost city, this action mutated his body and mind, turning the already Egg Noodle esque Troy into the titular Windigo.

7 years later and more Canadians get lost in the woods
