Probably the most obvious examples are the club leader's that are just place holders, introduced in the Febuary 1st 2016 update. YandereDev out right stated that they are place holders and won't react to murders that happen right in front of them. Furthermore they are all identical and are completely devoid of any personality. All they do is let you join their respective club.
