Ashley's hair

If Ashley bleached her hair, why was her hair white when she was a three-year-old? If her hair is naturally white, why are her eyebrows black? Is this explained in Another Code R?

• It could be that she has some sort of albinism... But it's more likely that she's just really, really pale blonde. As for her eyebrows being dark, I think that's just to make sure people can see them; you know, visual cues and all that.
