  • The scene taking place in the future in Excellent Adventure. Especially the reactions of the people there, getting to see their idols, the men that shaped their culture, in the flesh...the smiles on The Three Most Important People in the World is what really does it.
  • When Ted is presumed to be dead (he was in knight armor, rolled down to the stairs and got stabbed), Bill goes to his rescue...and then Ted saves him because he fell out of his armor. The two hug, but then step back after realizing what they did. It's a really nice moment that really shows their friendship.
  • A small one, but when Beethoven at the mall is first shown the electronic synthesizer. The look of amazement on his face when the clerk turns the music on, followed by his sheer joy in playing along with it, is something to see. It even becomes a Crowning Moment of Awesome by the end of his amazing performance, but the start is especially poignant when coupled with the Reality Subtext of Beethoven having lost his hearing while still writing music. The fact he could hear this implies he hadn't lost it yet (so his seeming inattention during his kidnapping by the boys was simply being lost in his music), so it was quite something seeing him enjoy the new kind of instrument and music production while he still had the chance. The only way it could have been better is if they'd shown him getting to hear his own work that he hadn't yet written, the work he wrote while deaf.
  • The scene where the boys propose in Bogus Journey, with Not So Different Long List speeches that can only be described as Adorkable.
  • At the end of Bogus Journey, the guys introduce their infant sons to the Battle of the Bands audience. Bill's daughter is named Ted, and Ted's daughter is named Bill. It really just emphasizes the fact that these two are as close as brothers.
  • When Billy the Kid introduces the history report and Bill and Ted, he refers to them as his friends. Which doesn't seem like a big deal in the movie, as Bill and Ted have shown they could be friends with just about anyone. However anyone who's read history can tell you that when Billy the Kid sees you as a friend, he has your back for life and should you die he'd go on a Roaring Rampage Of Revenge in your name after the people that kill you. In this instance, in order to make sure the fellow students pay attention to the report when they try to heckle him, he fires a gun into the spot light and tells them to put their hands together for the two. They promptly clap. The same could be said about him and Socrates. Because they were the first official people Bill and Ted took from their timelines, they get along just fine. They play football with each other and work together to rescue Bill and Ted from execution. When they run amok in the mall Socrates can be seen shooting up in the air with a water gun shouting "Ye haw!!" in an Adorkable attempt to emulate Billy.
