• Complete Monster: Dick Reed, the Serial Killer/rapist in "Re-Do". Toby Leonard Moore's performance is so good that it's also the show's first major dose of Nightmare Fuel.
  • Phantom, the cold-blooded crack dealer/murderer from "The Life We Choose", while not as psychotic as Dick Reed, is one of the show's worst villains as well.
  • Yuri Denko, the arms dealer from "Working Girls", is a sadistic hitman who has no problem murdering a man's wife over a business dispute. He also threatens the widower's children in open court, and proceeds to hunt a surviving witness like a dog to silence her.

• Crowning Moment of Funny: Jamie swallows the thumbdrive to hide it. Turns out Jamie swallowing things is a running gag in the family.

• Like You Would Really Do It: Frank is shot at the beginning of "Dedication" in a drive by. He lives.
