Cat-Women of the Moon provides examples of
- Non Sequitur Scene: The usual corny alien dance number.
- Special Effects Failure: The rocketship's bulkheads are corrugated sheet metal, and the control room is furnished with wooden office desks and roller chairs. Two different models are used for the spaceship exterior.
- They Just Didn't Care: Averted—the producers actually sued a radio station that ridiculed this movie! Later B-movies based on the same premise would not be so particular.
- Values Dissonance: Oh boy...
Missile to the Moon provides examples of
- Non Sequitur Scene: June is dragged off to be fed to the giant spider puppet and then...another cheesy dance number!
- Special Effects Failure: The rocketship cabin looks even cheaper than Cat-Women, with a pegboard-lined hatch. The rocket changes its appearance several times. The moon explorers walk against badly-painted flats, when they're not walking in daylight in Bronson Canyon and calling it nighttime.
