Catalyst Game Labs owns the Classic BattleTech License. And Shadowrun. Basically, they're FASA but after a few bankruptcies and people leaving to do other things.
Its current CEO is Loren L. Coleman, who also has written a number of novels set in the BattleTech Expanded Universe.
