Chiharu Tezuka (手塚ちはる, Tezuka Chiharu?) (born October 27, 1974 in Tokyo) is a seiyū who works for Arts Vision. Her forte are Action Girls and Bokukkos, with the occasional Token Mini-Moe thrown in the middle.
