These things about Closed Game are subjective - not everyone will agree with all of them.

Follow The Leader: The Deadly Game setting where everybody wakes up in white rooms after being kidnapped, a sudden early death to scare off the survivors, a Token Evil Teammate love interest, the rape of the girls being the main point of the spectacle, Lighter and Softer scenes between the rapes, Gas Mask Mooks, a bad ending where the hero is converted into some kind of subhuman creature? All of this points out to try to reproduce Euphoria, Recycled IN SPACE!(and this is not getting into some scenes involving body fluids, which is what made Euphoria extremely infamous). To drive the needle further, Izumi Bany'a did a small part of the writing on Euphoria. General consensus is that the game falls pretty far from Euphoria in quality, not developing the characters to same extent and not having a setting as interesting.
Moral Event Horizon: The Cocona's route reveals that George's death was actually the first to ever happen in the history of the Closed Game, meaning Celine and Michiko crossed it at that moment, by action or endorsement.
