  • Ho Yay: Gingetsu and Ran. CLAMP themselves have stated that they draw them as a married couple. Gingetsu even offered to have a remote-activated bomb put in his head to convince the Wizards, paranoid of a Clover rebellion against them, to let Ran live with him.
  • Les Yay: Suu and Oruha.
  • Tear Jerker: Sue dies after confessing her love for Kazuhiko and he is left alone. The leaf mark on his hand does not go away, implying he did not complete his mission to give her happiness, because she only wanted him to be happy
