The QM did a pretty good job of keeping things safe for work not just in the quest, but in chat as well (in fact, the quest is rated "teen"). There might be lewd images at the bottom of the web pages depending on what other quests are live, but generally lewd cover images are supposed to marked as lewd and as such are censored unless you put your cursor over them (and this rule tends to be followed).
