- In Name Only: I can be argue that the 2008 virgin comics mini-series change the setting, characters and technolgy so much, that it is unrecognizable from the classic orginal series it supposely follows. Of particular offense is a scene which suggests the original strip was dumped down stories for children. Fridge Brilliance or Take That? Take your pick.
