  • Ho Yay: There is some strong shonen-ai subtext. It's entirely innocent, but still present.
  • Viewer Gender Confusion: Erutis was accidentally mistaken as a guy by many readers. The lack of gender pronouns during her introduction (in both the original and English versions) did not help matters. Erutis later lampshades it in an omake chapter.
