An immigrant worker who worked with Excel on a construction job. His story is the C-plot of the show. He was killed in a fire (caused by Excel) and spends most of the series as a ghost trying to get back to his Sexy Wife and his son Sandora.

He kidnaps The Great Will and uses the destruction of F City as part of a plan to take over the planet.}}
