Fight Club (video game)/YMMV
These things about Fight Club (video game) are subjective - not everyone will agree with all of them.
- Awesome Music: The Dust Brothers’ music from the film is nicely reused for the game.
- Memetic Mutation: The game is a common joke explanation on why the second rule of Fight Club is the same as the first rule.
- Misaimed Marketing: The game goes against the satirical anti-consumerism message the book and film had.
- The Problem with Licensed Games: The game was panned for being a generic game.
- Special Effect Failure: Most of the cutscenes are just stills of the poorly made in game models with audio transcribed to it.
- They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: Fans would be less unhappy if William Shatner is a playable character in the game.
- They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: The game would be better received if the game lets you do operations for Project Mayhem rather than just fighting.
- The Unexpected: Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit as a playable character is out of left field.
