Summary
"Cover picture" for Tales of Ranma and Ranko by Jack Staik and Jillian Lynn "Lady Tesser" Staik. Image created from two images found on Staik/Tesser's original website and displayed such as to appear to be a single image: left side and right side, merged by User:Looney Toons into a single image to reproduce their appearance on the website. Presumed to have been created by Jack Staik and/or Jillian Staik based on original Ranma ½ artwork, and any relevant rights to the original images are believed to belong to them. The use of this compound image, admittedly a derivative work based on other derivate works, is believe to qualify at least as Fair Use under United States and international copyright law.
