There was a war in Eastern Europe that we saw from the perspective of B Company, aka "Bad Company", then there were the highly explosive exploits of some Private Military Contractors in Venezuela. These were just the opening salvos. The Russians were defeated in Europe, and China in Venezuela. However, the war was still boiling, just below the surface.
