A species of monsters that first appeared around 20 years ago and quickly laid waste to most of life on Earth.

* [[Exclusively Evil]]: With the sole exception of [[Cute Monster Girl|Shio]], who learns many human traits during her stay at Fenrir.
** Arguable. They are just doing what any organism of their design would do; calling them evil would be same as calling humans evil for consuming other animals and plants (since plants are alive too). They have a big appetite but that's just their biology.
* [[Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever]]: Some boss-level Aragami count, but especially the Ouroboros line.
* [[Biological Mashup]]: ''Every'' Aragami would incorporate various animal (and some human) features.
