Note that "Vengeance is the Lord's" is common-use. However, they're doing it wrong. Romans 12:19 "Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord." Translation: People are not to take the law into your own hands. That's God's job. Not yours. No Vengeance for you.
