A Flash movie made by Anthony Scodary and Nico Benitez, telling the story of a show on the History Channel entitled "Invention Pioneers of Note". The show starts seriously, but then tries different tactics to become popular, eventually changing into something that has nothing to do with the show's original purpose.
The original Flash movie seems to be rather scarce, but you can watch the movie on YouTube (Part 1 and Part 2) or on blip.tv (Part 1 and Part 2).
Tropes used in Invention Pioneers of Note include:
- Big No
- Captain Obvious: Did you know that if Alexander Graham Bell were still alive today, he'd be older than anyone else?
- Disney Acid Sequence: The final season. Also counts as a Sudden Musical Ending.
- Follow the Bouncing Ball: Occurs briefly in the final season.
- Mummy: One attacks Winston Whitworth in the opening to Season 3.
- Product Placement: Parodied in Season 4.
- Viewers Are Geniuses: "As you already know, Plato once said..."
