A YKTTW containing this message is a sign that the creator isn't entirely sure whether their proposed idea is actually a trope or not. They're probably worried about it being too generic and meaningless, or perhaps Too Rare to Trope. If the thing you're looking at isn't very trope-y, you may want to help them out by suggesting a change.
