Kyou Kara Ore Wa!!/YMMV

Everything About Fiction You Never Wanted to Know.

  • Alas, Poor Villain: An early episode features a bank robber holding Mitsuhashi and Ito hostage. It ended with the robber beaten half to death and Mitsuhashi and Ito recovering part of the loot.
  • Complete Monster: Seeing as this is a manga concerning delinquents, you knew that there had to be some of them. Jun from the Saipan arc was the best example at one point, but then Sagara returns for the third time in the series and takes the trope to horrifying levels.
    • In this troper's opinion, Jun is worse than Sagara. Sagara at least acknowledges that he cannot beat Mitsuhashi and will never show his face in front of Mitsuhashi. Not only that but he also pays for their hospital bills and was even willing to be left behind at the factory when he gave Mitsuhashi the keys to his car. Jun was about to allow an innocent girl to get rape. Jun has no redeeming qualities at all.
  • Crowning Moment of Awesome: Early on, Mitsuhashi defeated an entire school with a single kick: he got them into a line on the stairs and kicked the first one, hitting all of them into submission at once.
  • Ensemble Darkhorse: Nakano and Imai.
    • Imai doesn't count. He's actually a main character who appeared in almost every chapter. Nakano on the other hand got three important arcs, and was maybe in five regular chapters.
  • Magnificent Bastard: Mitsuhashi.
  • Signature Move: Itou's headbutts
